that form changed, check this:It is mandatory to sign by hand, according to the doc cheklist. Logic says you dont need typing your name in that case.

On the form 0008 in the last page they asking to write the principal applicant name by hand (Firstname,lastname)...but my dad has middle name as well, so what should I do?
