you didn't send the documents via mail to the CPC office in Mississauga, ON ? You just uploaded it into Web form ? I was wondering how come you didn't upload the documents under GKEY ? In my case they asked me to submit all the document by mail which i did and i also uploaded all the documents under Gkey account , but still its showing we needs documents to process.. So just wondering if i send the documents via webform will that speed up the process ?
It seems its been different for everyone... I was asked to send the documents via email which i did 2 days before my deadline too...its been 3 weeks now and no change on ecas...

When they requested additional documents from me, the file said “Please send the requested information / document(s) and all future inquiries with respect to your application via the Case Specific Enquiry form at the following link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.“.

they told me to send it in the mail .... not sure whats happening
Lots of people have been sharing their 'additional documents request' stories, so I thought I would as well. PA was requested on April 11 for 3X Police Certs and RCMP Prints - Deadline was May 13. Was a lot to get done, so we emailed the CIC email provided on the letter on 2 occasions during our collection of the docs giving an update and asking for an extension and heard nothing back. 1 week before the deadline, without anything to submit, we sent a web form. Web form response came back in 2 days and they said they would send it to the appropriate office, never heard back, but I guess that was confirmation enough that an extension was okay? The deadline passed and then we were able to submit 2 of the docs. Called the automated line at some point after that and it had said RCVD additional docs, even tho only 2 had been sent. Finally on May 25th we had sent in everything, but still had not rcvd any emails on the subject of the req since April 11, outside of the web form response. Automated line still says RCVD additional docs, so I am assuming that will now include all 4 sent. Anyways, hopefully it will change to reviewing additional docs soon!

Our timeline is very similar
My application was also received on December 10th
I got AIP and SA on June 3rd.
May I ask have you checked your ECAS?
Did it say Decision Made under both sponsorship and permanent residence application status?

I just checked ECAS and both sides say Decision made, does this mean it’s all done?
