Just found a mistake in IMM5532 form, I need to update this form, and my file is in NDVO. How can I Update this form, and how long does it take to update?

Hello all,

My wife is landing on July 06, 2019 in Winnipeg, Canada from India. I have few questions to ask in regards to certain things :

1. Not really sure but if anyone has completed landing procedure at the Winnipeg Richardson Airport for Permanent Residence can you please share your experience ? How was the process ? Were there any issues landing ? Most of the people do landing in either Vancouver or Toronto but since she got flight from Delhi - Dubai - London - Winnipeg so her port of first entry in Canada is Winnipeg.

2. She is coming from India and has some gold jewellery to bring here. What is the best way to bring gold jewellery to Canada and does it has to be declared to Indian Customs that she is taking all her jewellery to Canada ? If yes, what is the procedure for that ?

3. She would be having 2 suitcases with her and those suitcases would have the list of accompanying goods that she would be carrying that day and will declare them at border however she has lot of stuff that would be coming later via courier so she would be filling good to follow list. The question is that once the CBSA officer stamps the paperwork of goods to follow list does she has to send that paperwork to the courier back in india to bring the stuff duty free or can we can send the courier without paperwork and once the courier arrives here in Winnipeg just go and collect it from CBSA by showing paperwork for duty exemption ?

Hey :) So my situation is a little weird so going to jot everything down here.

My fiance and i have been together and working on making US official for the last couple of years now. We got back together in 2017, and have known each other sense 2016.

Last year I had made a trip to go up there and visit. To shorten what happend here I was denied access at border on Greyhound for stating i was coming up to visit Fiance, along with not having proper proof of ties back and finances. I was sent back on plane by grandparents who were helping me get this to go through. Got into the country and was granted a 24 hour visit period with her, as long as i agreed to be at airport to be returned home.

Our ride bailed on us that day and i ended up spending 4 days in Canadian jail and getting a 1 year ban.

Granted her and I are still together now and working on a visitation for September, and a possible inland sponsorship if we can get things to go through.
Just wanting to hear what you guys thought and any advice for this situation. We have been working on getting so we can be together for too long now and are just trying to go about this the right way this time :)

Hello, anyone can help here please ! We received PPR May 15 to be send to Vienna, at the time we had to renew our passport and Today we went to VFS in Doha where my husband lives, they said that it’s not common the ppr format email and never sending any passport to Vienna they only send to Abu Dhabi! They will accept his file BUT They will have to transfer the file where it’s going to take 3 weeks for the file process to be transferred and then start issuing the visa!! My question is Can we send the passport and other docs needed via express mail with tracking number and inclined a pre paid envelope for a return!? And just ignore the whole VFS thing!!!
 
If a use of a representative form is sent to IRCC and there is an error, do they send back an email informing of the error?
 
When my husband submitted my Application for Spousal Sponsorship he applied using my maiden name but during the process i added his surname onto my maiden name.
My husband updated IRCC with my new Passport information and they requested a use of a representative form from me.
We sent in the use of a representative form but they never respond if they received the use of a representative form and now we got PPR BUT i am worried if they will reject my visa.
Can anyone advise me on this???
