how can it be like that? I read that file has to be transferred. Didn’t read any case that whole process was done in Sydney.

Neither have I. Files are processed in Mississauga but haven't heard of one processed to completion in Sydney.

November applicant and no transfer yet... not even biometrics passed yet. So I would say you are going with a good speed!;)

You probably have dependants ? Or a complex situation i guess.

No dependents, but my case is a bit complex.

Well mine isn't

Married (both our first marriage) , no dependents, no kids , so i don't know why is that so long there.

When cases for a certain country's PA are completed within 3 months whereas many others take many more months, you do expect people to talk about it. No disrespect to any country but a little unfair to those coming from other countries.

Well that's what is not clear in all this. i don't get why some could get everything solved in less than 3 months how may they ?? eligibility is a long process and all , called to IRCC and they say this one last months and background-check too so ... idk but

To me, it sounds like your case moves very fast. All done just waiting for transfer, or maybe it already happened. Only 4 months out of 12. Do not panic, everything will come to you!

I'm not in panic at all lol , i wanna understand how all this is possible , that's all.

What part do you not understand?

If IRCC state clearly eligiblity , security and bgc takes months to be completed, and just to get the first AOR is around ... 35-40 days. (that's the average)

How can COPR be obtained by some in less than 80-85 days. I really don't get.

It would be exceedingly rare for someone to receive COPR in 80-85 days. This would be an outlier. IRCCs only gives guidelines for how long things take to process. They don't have hard timelines for each step in the process - it fluctuates.
