Yes you can.

Your spouse, common-law partner and dependent children may also be able to get faster processing on a:

  • visitor visa
  • work permit
  • study permit
You must complete and submit their applications at the same time as your own. If you don’t, we won’t process their applications faster. When you apply online, select that you have family members coming with you to Canada. This will let you complete their applications with yours.

Every one is telling the chances of visa rejection is more when you apply together

Chance of rejection is more since you lose home ties if your spouse is accompanying you. Generally couples with kids get it easier since it would be logical that they want to be with their children. Couples without children or those who have recent been married will find it more difficult.

I married for 7 years and we don't have children. When we apply if they ask enrollment letter, and utility bill what we can submit before reaching canada

OK, if your married for a long time, then it won't be as much of a problem. They only ask for utility bill if you are not married but are live in partners. Enrollment letter should be your offer letter that you got. If they ask for utility bill etc, then it will be those from your home country.
