Thank you! I have already seen there, but it is confusing. Says that the OWP process should be placed shortly after the Checklist. but has 2 checklists (from OWP and PR). Which one first?

The order of documents should be as follows:

• checklist;
• open work permit application (and supporting documents), if applicable;
• any barcode pages;
• supporting documents, in the order they are listed on the checklist

The OWP is a separate complete application but you are only "tagging it along" the PR application.
