Hello All ,

All RR applications who got PPR question for you guys. did they cut any CRS points for you? They did cut 40 points in my case and i have RR as well
The reason can be education, what have you done in education and which section points did you claim? check your notes to see the exact reason.

AOR July 17th, 2018. Got a message that my eligibility, background, criminality and security passed. Re-med shown as passed too. And also a note that the case to be reviewed by an officer on June 15th.
Hi , is it guaranteed that your case will be reviewed on June 15th by the officer ?

B

But people in this forum are proactively attaching LOE even without requesting from IRCC who are in RR. and getting PPR. I am really confused what I should I do.
I did proactively sent them few additional documents based on my GCMS notes. It indeed helped in clearing my eligibility. It depends on what they are looking for, however you could proactively send out a LOE and explain in detail what the LOE is all about. I am still waiting for my PPR though. Hope it helps

Who called an MP here and how successful was it ? What did they do ? What can they do at most ?

There might not be much they can do, but they try to assist, and it shows on the gcms notes that they actually contacted CIC.
Mine helped me submit my additional docs, and after another long wait, I heard nothing again. So i emailed him to help inquire and maybe this is sheer coincidence, but i got an email from cic asking to resend the original copy of one of my docs as well as fill in two forms. I did and submitted and just got another mail last week for a re-medical exam.
So, you never can tell.

dear i will tell you my CIC story.
I was AOR 3rd july 2018 and i got PPR 20 May 2019 (11 months of waiting). I had RR for POF, i have sent LOE immediately to address the POF issue. i waited a while, Then i ordered a second note, i saw that they have received my LOE but not one had reviewed it and i am pretty sure that they never even looked at it.
So you can send your LOE's but doesn't make much difference except it will give self esteem only.
To conclude, if your notes shows that there is no major concern with your eligibility then your fine. it is a matter of time and you will get your PPR.

please share what your notes shows, and then we can concluded whether LOE is required or not.

Hey, I am on the same boat.

I got a RR for POF, but there is no specific concern. They just put RR for POF.

I got a gift deed from my mom. I submitted the bank wire transfer receipt showing that my mom transferred the money, the letter of gift deed signed by my mom, and my bank account (I didnt highlight the month I got the gift deed money). Should I write them a LOE, and then explain that I received the money on xx/xx/2018 and you can see in my bank or just simply leave it and wait for them to ask for ADR?"

Many thanks,
