I'll vote for ITA, since it took me nearly 2 months to submit my first round of documents , though the 6 month count starts from AoR date - so it's probably more of a factor.

However overall timing really seems to vary a lot, and to quote from the website (when they qualify the six month target for FSW Express Entry):
"Processing times will vary based on:

• the type of application submitted
• if the application is complete
• how quickly we expect to process applications we’ve already received
• how easily we can verify your information
• how long you take to respond to any requests or concerns
• other factors"

The mind boggles at how broad the last item is

Please tell me if applications get rejected due to lag in bank statement?
The moment i submitted my app, it was little higher than the amount required, but as of today, due to rise in dollar value, the lag is about a thousand dollars. I do have money in my account but the bank Statement i provided is now 1000 CAD lesser than required.

VO is under no obligation to ask you for an ADR if you do not meet criteria. Lack of funds is one of the top 4 reasons for rejection.

I advise you to send in a web form and to top up your balance and resubmit your statements. It costs you nothing to do that and certainly does not jeopardize your application.

Balance the risk to act vs the risk to not act. Your choice.

This question could be silly, but I wanted to know exactly just to be sure.

I applied for Permanent Residency online through IRCC with my work experience in Canada. I got nominated by province and got additional score. That's how I got ITA and applied for it. I simply thought and categorized it by myself that I am under EE CEC PNP. but when I go to myimmitracker, there's no option that I can choose that and I have to choose either PNP or CEC. In this case, what stream should I go under with my application?

If you receive an email stating your application has been updated but nothing reflects on your actual GC account(on the table) that means it is a ghost update. Which indicates that some update is due to occur in your application soon.

If I have sufficient funds in bank account A, do I need to provide letters from bank B, C etc.? Do "all" bank accounts need to be declared, irrespective of whether I am using that for POF PR not?
P.S. I have two transfers from account B to A last month

No, if you have sufficient funds in one bank account, you can use that and no need to show all your accounts.

In your place, I would choose PNP. At the end of the day, myimmitracker is just there to build a body of knowledge about immigration processes. Based on this, lumping your application with PNP seems more useful than letting it merge with other CEC data points. I guess you are able to also input your province of nomination? Ultimately this information could help someone who needs to make a decision between accepting a PNP nomination (affecting timing and bringing residency obligations) and instead shooting for an invite based on either CEC or FSW.

I am not sure that the exchange rate is fixed at the time of submission - and I have read about at least one persons experience that implies that it does not.

If I had a relatively low effort option to head off a potential problem (whether it's an ADR or a rejection), I would grab it with both hands.

A sure sign is if you spot these guys:

But seriously, I believe it's when you open your account and the status says "Updated" (instead of "Submitted"), but when you look at details nothing's changed. Also, it seems you don't get email notification. It's a ghost because it came announced, and perhaps you sense a presence but can't tell what it was really up to.

do not submit any new bank statement, r u stupid. The moment u submit your Application, AOR, everything get locked in your profile. It doesnt matter, The visa officer will look the bank balance on the last date of your bank statement, only. This forum is filled with stupid advice, do not follow, Please. If VO wants you new bank statement, he will raise ADR, Till then sit quietly

Total BS don't be an expert if you don't know anything and please stop talking like you are the visa officer. I have personally submitted documents using webform and got a positive response from the CIC agent. Both were uploaded and processed.
