Anyways, I've a query. I'm planing to get married by the end of this year or the first half of 2020. During that I've decided to take atleast 1 month off from work for the wedding. Would it be considered a gap in my work experience? Or I must simply talk to my employer not to mention about the respective gap? I think, I can convince him but he will charge me a month's salary for this.

That will not be considered gap. If you're notifying your employer and have planned leaves so this has no effect on your work experience. Besides, what kind of leaves you're applying that's a different part. Like in my case, I applied "leave without pay". I didn't get that month's salary but there is no effect on my work experience. So, don't worry about it!

So WES evaluated my Masters degree as 1 year post graduate diploma. All this happened sometime in early Jan 2018. Few weeks back, after reading posts here, I tried contacting them for possible re-evaluation of my masters degree, after 3 attempts, I got a mail last evening saying they are looking into my query. Does this mean, they will upgrade my report? If that happens, my crs goes to 457. Should I be looking forward to this or expect nothing?

You may expect a response from them, if they don't change their previous decision, you can apply for other agencies' services.

As long as your reference letter covers that period as a worker, you won't have any question by immigration officer.

That’s the thing dude I can’t lie to people who have no chance at all so I am being truthful to them and you know truth is always Rude. When I told someone forget about it because there is not a single option open for that person to increase his or her CRS. If my predictions is rite which doesn’t mean I am always rite but I try not to give wrong hopes to people. you guys are giving wrong hopes to people who’s CRS is in between 430-440 .

There are so many options to increase CRS points. The only thing to increase the CRS is to have a courage and motivation to try.

There are so many options to increase CRS points. The only thing to increase the CRS is to have a courage and motivation to try.

I only told those people to forget about PR for canada who cannot increase there CRS at all. I didn’t told that to everyone. Someone who had best score in ielts with masters or PG degree and who is older than 30 than how he can increase the score?? Can you please tell me the way to increase score for those people??

Many congratulations in advance, buddy. So for as I know, the only thing which matters is your employer's reference letter. If your employer is ready to write that your work has been continuous during the specific time, I don't think immigration officer would have any problem. Besides, I don't think work has to be continuous.

I am sure you will have submitted e-apr beforehand, going through the next phase of your life.
