I am right saying that birth certificates in

Ah ok, did you photo copy the birth certificate yourselves or does it have to be an official government copy?

You cant get photo copies certified in the UK and the application says to provide a photocopy unless stated otherwise.
We're from the UK, we just included the certified copy of my husband's birth certificate, seems to have been fine.

A lot of people on this thread are giving out false and misleading information to others. For example initiating calls to IRCC for little things, checking their application irregularities. ..... every case is different. If you have no idea about how IRCC works. .... please stop misleading people. ... just say you don’t know instead of just telling everyone to call IRCC.

True ...on my first application 2 years ago ..there is one applicant who got approved in 90 days and we think the same thing but when we
asked her how come her application was processed so fast ...she told us she has been approved before but she could not leave due to family reasons and her visa expired then they apply again and it was approved so fast probably all paperwork are straightforward

I have no idea what’s happening did u submit webform it usually take a week to response back but I can’t really say even if I say to call ircc people think it’s useless and giving false ideas but in ur case since it’s medical req I think u should call cuz they only give a. Month to do medical req so u shouldn’t miss it

I wouldn't like to frustrate you, but I don't know anyone from Warsaw VO who would have finished the process in 6 months. 8 was the earliest I've ever seen. 10 to 12 is their reality.

Don't look at the spreadsheet, it's not your case, so don't let it confuse you. There it feels like 99% of applicants are from India. And they all are done super fast. These are not real numbers for everyone else.
You didn't frustrate me, don't worry. I was just telling the person the very rough average. I realise that it can take 12 months or even longer, as the website clearly states the try to process 80% within 12 months. And I have a friend in the UK who had his entire process go on for 13 months from the day they sent their application until the day of his arrival interview. Personally for me it feels better to see the others process so I have a slight feel of what is happening. Plus, I know chances are slimmer than slim, but fingers crossed for Mississauga :-D

They say it's 12 months from the date they receive an application to decision made (important, not even COPR received, but just DM). So, landing is not included in the "1 year process" and I think 13 months with landing is still inside normal time ;)

Again, don't want to frustrate you, but ... :D but I've never seen a single case when an application should have been sent to Warsaw (i.e. belongs to Warsaw by their internal logic) but was sent to Mississauga instead. I have no clue about the reason. But it's a fact. Maybe you'll be an exception ;)

Lol
There are lot of people in this thread as well as on spreadsheet who are from Pakistan and Middle East. And their applications are moving faster than anyone from India. So again every case is different and stop comparing everyone with past trends. Unless you are working on that person file. You don’t know nothing

It's a system generated message and you need not to worry about anything.
