I am from North York and applied for citizenship. ECAS status shows as In processing from March 13 2019. Came to know that application processing times vary based on the processing center.

what is the CIC application processing center for North York ? Is it Scarborough or Toronto ?

It could be either Scarborough or Mississauga.
Applications from GTA area get distributed to these two offices based on workload. Even if you are first assigned to one office , it could still be transferred to the other one later
