Hello, I was waiting may hear a good news but getting crazy... yes my Lawyer paid RPRF about 10 month ago. I was review required on GCMS and recommended Pass 10 month ago but nothing after that!!!

I know it is crazy. It seems they forgot about your file completely.
Have you recently call them? What did they say?
Do you know your last visa office from your GCMS notes? Do you want to email them?

I asked Goodale he called them but nithing happened after that, just they wrote in my GCMS that a parliment member called them to follow up! It is inSydney office! I emailed slao 2 month ago they said it is waiting for a review by an officer but nothing after that too!!!!!!

Gooddale does not do anything. It's just his secretary sends an email to CIC and they send an automatic update. That is all.
Email CIO sydney again and see what they say.

I mean the secretary just contacts CIC and gets an update. It is like raising CSE. Yes, your communication with CIC usually gets documents. For example, ordering GCMS notes also gets in there. But, don't worry that is not something important.

For email, I don't know. But definitely doing something (harmless) is better that doing nothing. I would say either call their call center or email CIO and ask them why this long? What is wrong? etc.
Most probably they don't have any answer for you, but it is better than doing nothing.

Follow them and let me know. I still have one last option for a case like you, but it requires a very experienced lawyer and it is very costly. May I ask if your lawyer is working from Iran or in Canada?

My lawyer has office both in Iran and Canada is a ICCRC certified lawyer , you mean doing what?

It is just for bringing the file to the court. But, I heard it costs 5000 CAD. Leave this option for the last, if you have the financial means.
I have seen cases who were under SS for 18 months, then they used this option to make things quicker.

That was not my point. The point is that they always try to predict all circumstances in the law and has a solution for that.
Go and follow up with your lawyer. hope you hear soon so you don't have to worry about these.

I don't know if I should congratulate you or not! Call them and check if your security has finished or just started? But any movement is one step ahead
