Guys I called call centre and they said eligibility under review and they didn’t say eligibility review required . Is under review same as review required ? Should this be a concern for me ?

yes I have ordered 3 so far.. one of my job experience is under review.i do not know the reason.. my criminality was passed in January and security not yet started. medicals are expired as of December since I did them upfront earlier.
