Just be patient. As said, sokhoto sooz nadare :)
BTW, CIO-Sydney is not in Australia, it is in Nova Scotia.
That is good to know, remind me of Paris-Texas :) so does Central intake means I am still in eligibility check after 114 days and after that they transfer my case to another visa office or being in CIO does not imply anything .
Regarding patience, thanks for kind words, i guess I have to change my handle from ms_nobody to Ayoub now:)

Thanks. Hope you get it soon too. At first I planned everything based on the estimation that I'll get the visa in one year but now it seems like I should have made a more conservative estimate. I'm not losing my patience just yet but it's really close lol.
Thanks Ken, so far I just felt a bit of this rugged waiting drama. I really hope that there is gonna be happy ever after for all of us (i.e. ppr) :).

@aasaf @Mr_nobody , finally managed to talk to agent today, he could not clear the reason about ghost update to my profile, he mentioned everything is in order and I am in progress, they received my additional documents and nothing pending, he mentioned there is a 20 months delay in the system and I am within timeline and should expect to get it by 31 August 2020 ! I asked my visa office and he said CIO-Sydney which sounds strange to me as I am in land and assumed my visa office should be somewhere within Canada! he did not mentioned about SS however maybe I am in it anyway.
Yeah I heard that processing time for BC pnp is around 17-20 months. I have seen a couple of people who apply for BC pnp. But since the processing time is too long, in the middle they apply for EE (if eligible). Yet, they get pr from EE faster than their pnp!
It is wired that the agent didn't' know about ghost update. Next time, ask specifically about the details like criminality. The ghost update might be because of criminality.

I could finally NETFILE my T1 tax return form. I'd like to share with you guys the lessons I learned:

(1) Make sure your old SIN is linked to your permanent one. To do so, call CRA at 1-866-474-8272 or 1-800-959-8281.
The reason why I wasn't able to NETFILE my T1 tax return was that the CRA didn't have my new SIN number. So, I had two choices: either mail my tax return documents to CRA or call them to make sure that they already have my new SIN.
Another reason why you need to make sure about this is that your old SIN is on your tax forms, e.g., T4s.

(2) You may also need to sign up in CRA My Account with your new SIN. You have to wait for a while to get a so-called PIN/code (whatever). Then, you can log in your account and download your assessment notes.
Thank you so much @aasaf for the info and glad that everything was done.
I think the contact number is 1-800-959-8281. It seems to me that 1-866-474-8272 is only for automated response not talking to the agent.
It's been so many days that I am trying to call them, but I couldn't connect due to end of tax season. That is why I think the second one only gives automated response.

Anyways, I finally managed to connect to an agent. He didn't have that much info. He just asked me my old and new sin and he mentioned that I call them back next year before filling my taxes. He didn't talk about PIN number or anything like that. He didn't have that many info about tax either. I may have to call them back.

Yes, you're right about the phone numbers. Thanks, I need to edit my post to make it useful for others.

The agents don't have much info. You should trust your assessment. I believe the CRA doesn't make mistake when it comes to assessment. If they needed more info, they would ask you some supporting docs.

I think you're lucky. I cannot log in my CRA account anymore. I have to register with my new SIN.

Oh, I am not. I tried to log in last week, but it gave me error. I thought it was system problem. Now that you said about account, it just rang the bell. I checked and I still can't log in. Maybe that is the reason.
The error I receive is:

Error—ERR.041

Yes, that's it. You need to register with your new SIN. Not a big deal.

Hello everybody,
I am really getting crazy, I should be able to do something, it is more than 10 months the last update of my case has happened by passing criminality and recommending pass my eligibility. After that I did lots of following up, through CSE, GCMS and all said same things!! just said me it has happened! So what now? it is 10 month my file has not been touched! Is there anything I can do? I do not want to sit idle while nothing is being done on my case!

Hello @canadalover2018. Long time no see (well I mean no post). So did you finally figure out if you were review required and if it was solved. I know. It's been long time and they haven't done anything. A question, have you paid your RPRF?
