My age is 33. working freelance as Graphic Designer (without any official degree). Only concern is that maybe my husband NOC is not in demand in Alberta ( as seeing the NOCs in this thread ). Would an agent listed with IRCC,have an impact on your application?

Official degree is prerequisite for Express Entry. Check the nocs in alas or alias, it Alberta's job market website. It will give you a nice idea of ur husband's noc demand and whether the job openings are there or no in your husband's nov

My husband is Masters and have official degree. Alright i will check. Thanks for guidance

My documents were sent on 8 April and were received on 10 April afternoon. But no email yet. Will share once I get the email and file number. When did your agent despatch the documents?

Guys as far as I searched the forums I think people having noc codes

1221
1241
8232
3012

These were the most common noc codes who received notification of interest.
Again I would say these are not in any occupation demand list but just what the people have exchange their views on receiving noi under these codes

My primary NOC is 1122 and I got NOI on 26 March, accepted 27 March and got response within 6hours. Sent completed documents 9th April. Waiting for feedback. My application was received 12 April.

CRS score is 416. I lost 10points in February due to age.

It was just an effort made to search all the threads and forums and short list some noc codes. Maybe there are more as well !

Hi, I too fall in the same NOC, i did receive the NOI on March 26th. My documents were received on 8th April and still awaiting for acknowledgement.

Even I received it on same day, I am with same NOC code with 436 CRS.

I have prepared the documents and sent it yesterday.

Which forms need to be validated? Just AINP and imm0008? What about the form 5669? The form 5669 that I downloaded has no button on the file to do so but some guys say it must be validated with a bar code as well. Would you please enlighten me?

Form 5669 doesn't have validate button. You can just fill and sign. This is just background declaration form

The form imm0008 4E, economic class, what should be written for the question "which provincial government has nominated you?", given that we have not been nominated yet, should we write "Alberta"?

Thanks for the info. I received mine in Feb. but didn't reply till April 14 as I wasn't checking my express entry profile. This morning I received the application package and documentation checklist. Hope to finish everything by tomorrow.

Hello Everybody,
My wife received her nomination today, here is her timeline:
NOI letter from Alberta 5th March
Accepted NOI 12th March
Received Documents 13th March
Documents Sent 19th March
File number 25th March
NO Interview Call ( she just got a mail that her profile has been updated)
Received Nomination 12th April

No tie to Alberta
An inlaw in Nova scotia( she explained through LOE that she does not have intention to go to the pronvince where her brother in-law lives and that see prefer alberta)
no experience in canada
NOC 3012

Congratulations. It made me not lose hope. I have the same NOC as your wife but no ties with Alberta. I currently work in Canada under NOC C but not in Alberta though. I just received the application package this morning together with the checklist. Getting all the documents ready now for submission. Thanks for this forum.
