so if you apply without spouse that would make difference in CRS? Actually my Husband is primary applicant with NOC 1121 ( dont know if its in demand in alberta ),with CRS 360 ( With my information ). His sister is in alberta. so what would you suggest if he applies without spouse? would make any difference? Thanks

Yes check the CRS calculator, without spouse the score would increase. Like mine increased from 407 to 427. Whts ielts score? Even I gave ielts again to have an 8. Second time I got 6.5 in writing and the score decreased by 45. So gave again and got 427 score. If his sister is there then chances are bright.

With spouse it would have gone below 400. With spouse it will benefit those who are highly qualified, have work experience abroad and have IELTS 8. If these things are not there then applying alone would be better. You can calculate CRS online before filing the case. Don't trust the consultants solely. Do your home work before.

Yeah I agree to you and if you have done good research then I believe submitting file being single is the best option for you

Yes I have suffered also due to incomplete information. With spouse your 40 marks just go to spouse whether he or she is qualified or no. U loose those 40 marks. If before I had applied with out spouse my score would have been above 435 and with spouse it was 412 which reduced to 407 as I turned 30. So best time to apply is before 30, around 27/28 if you have work experience of minimum 3 years. In 2017 score dropped till 413, if agent would have suggested me to remove spouse I would have been in Canada from 2 years and would have applied for spouse visa from there

No there is no list of occupation in demand but I have read all the threads and just assumed that noc 1221 3012 were the most who got noi.
You can search the other forums also and see when people reply that my noc code is so and so...then you have an idea that these might be in demand

Guys as far as I searched the forums I think people having noc codes

These were the most common noc codes who received notification of interest.
Again I would say these are not in any occupation demand list but just what the people have exchange their views on receiving noi under these codes

Yes the agent was not willing to remove the spouse but I forced them and my file expired as well. So new case I filed without spouse. The agent is listed with IRCC with headoffice in India. From India my papers reached Alberta in 2 days with DHL. U can track your documents. I asked the agent for tracking number. Now waiting for file number

My age is 33. working freelance as Graphic Designer (without any official degree). Only concern is that maybe my husband NOC is not in demand in Alberta ( as seeing the NOCs in this thread ). Would an agent listed with IRCC,have an impact on your application?

My documents were sent on 8 April and were received on 10 April afternoon. But no email yet. Will share once I get the email and file number. When did your agent despatch the documents?
