I've applied for a PR card and my husband is my sponsor. Now I am in Bangladesh.
This 27th February I gave my medical exam then a week later I mean early March 2019, they gave a confirmation message that they received my medical. After that there is no update! How long shall I wait for my forward processing? If anyone have any idea please help me to know about it.

How did you apply for a pr card and then did medical? You apply for pr card after you land.

I'm assuming the OP meant that they had applied for spousal sponsorship, and not yet the PR card itself.
