My parents got their CoPR and they will arrive in Canada in May. I was wondering how much cash can they bring as they are landing for the first time after their PR? Is there a limit? Is there a link about it somewhere?

They can bring as much as they want.

No 'limit' as such. They will just have to declare to customs if they are brining in $10,000 or more, but that is not a 'limit'.
