To join in the PPR rain for today I also received my Ready for Visa email today. I was not expecting it to arrive quite this early so today will be spent getting photos arranged and setting up the prepaid return envelope. From what I've read the best service for US residents is FedEx, right?
Congrats! Yes. Sign up for a FedEx account on FedEx.com and then you can create a shipment and include a return label, which is what you need. You cannot do this at a FedEx store, so you must do it online.

I made my photocopies of the passports at the FedEx store, bought a larger and smaller envelope (since I needed to include a return envelope), and they put the little plastic pockets on there that held the label and customs. Make sure to select the "print customs declarations" stuff when going through the FedEx shipment/return online. It's pretty involved since you have to select codes for Immigration Documents, etc.

If you use the "express" shipment thing, it'll only show air as an option which is overnight and $88-ish for me. International Ground was about $23 each way, so I went with that. You have to use the regular shipment interface to get that, not the express one.

You know what's funny is that IRCC can't seem to align with themselves. In the email they specifically ask for a return envelope, but in their official instructions they say it's not necessary.

Thank you very much for your assistance. I will hopefully get all of this set up today and join you in the CoPR queue.

Well shit, I didn't do any of that. I included a return ground label, but I used the same "from" as the "to" I was sending to.

The email didn't have that different "from" and it says to include an envelope. I hope that all works OK.

Got PPR email today. So relieved and thankful to everyone here who helped me keep my anxiety under control, especially @derkdsou and @USProgrammer

It seems like US residents are being slightly fast tracked, as many others have observed already. Since you are FSW Inland and already in Canada, you are still better off than a vast majority of applicants :)

Hi Everyone,

MY AOR is Dec 22, 2018.
I received the PPR email today on March 27, 2019. And my VO is Ottawa.
But my CIC Account is still not updated and it just shows as Medical Passed. Does anyone observed the same behavior?

Also is there any WhatsApp group for Dec 2018 AOR or Ottawa VO?

Thanks in advance.

Congrats to all the PPR received applicants for December AORs !!
