Friend what's going on now about our files in Quebec.. Any update..can you share ur dossier starts with 2 or 3..
I dont know. From the MIDI Website, they seems to restart the processing the application. But I donot know whether we have the priority to be treated.
As I said, they restored our status to ' waiting for treatment', last Friday.
I dont know how many files can be studied before the adoption of Bill 9.
I dont remember the application number, I can check later. But what's it used for?

Do not mind, my friend.
My files also start from 1XXXXX. A little bit strange that we have the same start number while @arkhamdominion submitted in 2017 and I submitted in 2018

May be both of u are inland.. And midi has a symbol to recogniz those in Quebec in second my friend.. Don't worry you all are safe.but we are under pressure a lot.. But I won't give up my efforts in communication with Parliament members.. Every week I top up my comments to them.. But this is a single fight.. No one help me in this journey.. If every single affected applicant try to do like me it's a big pressure on them.. Try your self with others with your timelines.. At least we had a try to stop passing bill 9.

No one is in safe, my friend. I viewed some forums. No one got CSQ after MIDI resumed the processing. We will be treated in priority under the condition that they start the Arrima according to the news.
Keep going, my friend.

This is not true. My immigration lawyer confirmed this:

"All the pending applications under Mon Projet Québec have been reverted back to “in process”, as they were before the Bill was tabled. I have heard from several colleagues about clients who have received (or been refused) their CSQ. So the processing has indeed resumed and is on going. Fingers crossed !

We are not there yet but for your information, the Minister has indicated that those who currently reside and work in Québec and will not have been processed before the Bill is adopted (at which time the closing of the pending applications will become legal), will be dealt with in priority under ARRIMA…"

Lets hope for the best!

Thanks for sharing the information.
We know that our status are indeed changed back. However, do they really issue the CSQ? When and where did those people who got CSQ recently submit their applications?

What you said is right: if our files are not processed before the adoption of Bill, we will be given in priority. However, it does not mean they will give the priority right now to process our files. I am afraid that I will not get my CSQ under the old rules because I do not believe that they can treat 1000 files per month as stated on news.
Thanks.
