also another question my parents renew their passport, and they did all medical with new passport should I submit new passport via webform?

Thanks for the input. Do you mind share your experience about how to apply for Canada PCC? Any link would be helpful.

My problem is my Mom is going to go back to China next week, good thing is she can go back and prepare the PCC and Hukou stuff, but I don't know how to get Canada PCC if she's in China.

Were you able to confirm this? My parents got a medical request form which they took to the IME center. The doctor said he will send the forms directly. But the application shows an area to upload 'proof of medical exam'. Is it okay to ignore this field and leave it empty?

You need to upload copy of passport, picture with white background and the UAE residence ID, I received it tru email, but they will sent the hard copy to ur address as well and yes I paid tru my visa online

I am trying to get my parents PCC for UAE. They are asking for residence visa and old passport, but since this was in 1980, we do not have the visa/ passport or any copies. I have written to them twice saying the same, but they send a generic answer saying send copies, pics, and finger prints to dubai by mail. All I have now is a visit visa they had in 2016. Any idea if this could work?

Anyone know this? I dont know why they cant make it simple or address my question!

You can upload the appointment letter/email which you probably got from the hospital... and this will may ensure them that you have done your medical on certain day

just leave it blank.... check the message below and it will change to "you have passed the medical exam"
