My file was transferred to Amman in Feb. 2019. I heard it takes more than a year as someone told me. I hope it is not true!

Just wondering what is the type of file that someone who told you “it takes more than a year” had? Was it spousal sponsorship ? Because on the cic website it says 12 months anywhere outside Canada. Also when did they process their application?

Yes it was spousal sponsorship, however another says 7 months. It's really up to the officer not the tracking bar.

My husband is legally residing in Greece as a protected person for over 3 years.
His nationality is Iraqi.

Will his file be sent to the VO of d the country he is residing in or VO of nationality?
