Anyone here Jan.14 or before applicant who haven't received AOR? I can't link the application or see anything on ECAS.
Just hope my application is not being returned for any reason.

Me. Jan 11th here. I understand completely. Do you happen to have a copy of any receipts made on the Government of Canada website? That's how I was able to view mine on ecas.

I wasn't able to see anything on ECAS when I provided the receipt number and my info (I'm the sponsor) until today. After getting my AOR email, I went back to the ECAS link and supplied the exact same information as before and I can see stuff now. Going by this I would assume that, if you're able to see information show up on ECAS, then your representative should be receiving the AOR email today or Monday.

Oh I hope so. I am the PA and I even googled some images and some people got the step 1 like I did and months later there was an update with step 2 stating they started processing the application. I definitely am hoping for the best.

I got our Medical Request but PA has work for the next 2 weeks and won't be able to do the Medical until possibly after.
Do you think this will significantly delay the process??

no, you have 30 days to do it.

Yes. When you get a processing date, that is AOR

I decided to look more on ecas for options and go through my application scan. I was able to look my application up by using the Receipt number from when my husband paid the $1040 fee. It shows my application is in progress and when I click on it it shows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 11, 2019.

At least I can see something. I'm assuming it would mention AOR in the steps if my application moved forward.

Hi, whose details you put in with receipt number... PA's or Sponsor's. I am trying since long time. We also have UCI but not able to see any stautus. My app was received on 28-Jan. So may be it will take few more days. As I see people upto 10-11 Jan are getting AORs.

Hi canrediff. I put in my (PA) details. Odd with a UCI I would think you could see something. I truly am hoping we see an update or hear from our rep soon.

Hey all,
Have a quick question. My application was received on Jan 10, 2019 and I received my AOR 1 yesterday.
I downloaded and started working on the checklist (IMM 5533) on Nov 30, 2018. Then before I sent out the application I checked IRCC website if there has been any update on the form. I noticed it said Jun 2018 on the bracket. In reality if you download the form and open you will see it says 12-2018 (means the form has been updated in Dec 2018). However, I did not download that time since I saw Jun 2018 in the website and ultimately sent the old checklist (Jun 2018).
Now, should I send an eform stating that? Or they are flexible? I am sure few people might have done the same mistake. Any comment on that?
