Hi everyone,
Patulong naman. I am currently in the 2 month processing of documents post ITA. I received ITA last January 10, 2019.
Sa work experience ko, currently working pa ang status pero gustong-gusto ko na talagang mg.resign sa current work ko.
If mg.resign bah ako, maapektohan bah yung PR application ko.? kasi currently working yung nasa application ko.. pero paano if ng.background check sila then Resigned na pala yung status ko sa Company but then sa application ko is currently working pa.?
Patulong naman. Should I wait for the background check to finish or pwede na bah mg.resign.?

I just want to ask baka meron sa inyo nakaexperience same ng situation nmin ngayon. This is regarding PCC from Qatar.
Me and my spouse stayed in Qatar for more than 6months so we are required to obtain Qatar PCC for our EE application. Actually we already have Qatar PCC which we got a week before our last stay in the country dated 2017 pa po. Do we need to get a new one or pwede na po ba etong hawak namin ngayon?
btw, we are currently residing here in Vancouver. Qatar embassy in Canada is in Ottawa.

No need to get a new one. Ang kailangan lang na latest PCC is your current country of residence
if consistent yung declared yrs of experience mo and hindi naman gagalaw yung CRS pts, no problem resigning or changing work. kung magreresign ka in good standing, as long as matatawagan nila (old) company/reference mo for verification. better to still update and declare na nag resign ka since need to declare all significant life events.
best case pa rin to keep everything as-is during the application process.
based on your CRS and recent draws, malalaman mo if kailangan mo pa mag provincial or hintay na lang ng next draw. best case is hindi na mag PNP para less processing and technically kahit anong province mo gusto mag land and reside.
just adding my opinion based on what I remember from the application forms: if kayo nasa birth cert ng bata, then hindi basta-basta pwede makuha for PR nang wala yung isang parent. kailangan ng consent and/or legal separation docs. may additional complication din if legally married kayo.
then if ipepetition man sya ng "new partner" for PR (vs own application), may tanong din sa application if meron sya previous marriage/relationship and corresponding spouse/children, then need to explain kung bakit hindi kasama sa PR application.
it applies to you as well if magaapply ka on your own + child, kailangan ng consent ng other parent. either way, mas complicated ang process.

For recent express entry applicants nag provide po ba kayo ng biometrics? Di ko ma-determine kung required siya since nakapag submit na ako ng application without requiring it. Thanks sa mga sasagot.
Hello guys. Just wanted to ask for my sister in law. She’s trying to get her ECA thru WES, ang question ko is pag kumuha ba siya ng TOR and Diploma niya sa school na pinasukan niya, dapat ba yung married name niya na ang gamitin niya sa docs niya? Thank you sa sasagot.
