I didn't have enough point. is it easy to sponsor her after ? is it true i should wait 1 year without seeing her ? because if i go to canada i will not find work i will become a student or should i withdraw my application and study one year more here in my country so i can have enough points.

If you are granted PR status, you can apply to sponsor her immediately but you must remain in Canada while that is being processed. That's why you may not be able to see her for up to a year.
