The PCC does not have a date. Basically PCC determines the admissibility of the person based on their criminal history.
However based on Canadian regulations the convictions before 18 years of age are not treated as regular

No they just specified that PCC from India is required. My parents have not stayed over 180 days in any other country hence nothing else is applicable.

Hi, I'd like to get help to fill the forms
Form IM0008 , "question 15: Previous countries of residence: During the past five years have you lived in any country other than your
country of citizenship or your current country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months?"-------the "six months" means 6 consecutive months or totally 6 months during pass five year?
In addition, how to add more rows for question 15 as the two rows in the form are not enough for me?
Thank you.

Hi All Experts,
I just have a question, if you could reply and help me here. I received a letter that I have been accepted and I am I am eligible for sponsoring my Parents+ my younger brother who is depending on my parents and my application has been sent to London office for further processing. My parents have already Super visas stamped. They want to travel to Canada in April. So my question is

1- During their stay here, if I get medical request, Can I get their medical done here in Canada?
2- For Example, their medical is already done before traveling to Canada, During their stay here, if get passport request, Can I submit their passports here in Canada? if Yes, how long it will take to get back the passports?
3- My younger brother does not have a Canadian visit visa so he will remain there back home. Can I submit his individual medical results and passports if the request comes during the stay of my parents here in Canada?

I shall be very thankful if I get a detailed reply because I am trying to book their tickets. Tickets become expensive as much as I delay.

Regards

usually how long will it take from Sponsor In Process to Sponsor DM?

still waiting for PPR. :(
it seems like Ottawa is really moving fast this time but not Manila. Based on the spreadsheet, some of the 1st round applicants (May 2018) are still waiting for PPR for almost 3-4 months from Manila LVO or maybe they just forgot to update us here..

Im hoping for PPR this month.
Goodluck to all of US folks!
