Thanks God that finally I had PPR.

Yes after a long time i am reporting here that finally I have received PPR in the month of Jan and got visa stamped and just landed immediately last week.

Yes after a long painfull wait and long journey finally this ordeal is over. I have landed in Toronto at a terrible winter time.

Time line is extremely terrible, applied in 2014 and got visa in 2019 almost more then 4 years of waiting.

It seems that I am the last applicant of FSWP-2014.

Most of those who applied with have already gotton Canadian Citizenship and Canadian Passports.

It seems that I am the last one to celeberate from FSWP 2014 forum, most have already quit to view this thread.

Wish to rest of those who are still remaining stuck in time with FSWP 2014, I wish all of you all the best.

Requesting guidance from the forum:
  • My sister received her APR in January 2019.
  • She is currently in the UK and is a Pakistani citizen (on a PK passport)
  • Her 2 children were born in the UK but have not registered their citizenship with any country and do not hold a passport.
  • The children are close to their 5th birthday, after which can file for British citizenship (if they don't hold any other passport).
My question is: Is it possible to apply at the APR stage with just the birth certificates as identification of the children.

Note: If she (the primary applicant) is sent a PPR later on, she can get the passports made from the Pakistan High Commission in the UK.
We want to be on the safer side if due to any reason her express entry APR is returned, the children could lose their chance at UK citizenship.

Has anyone applied at the APR stage without providing passports of their children?

Please anyone can share the name of the current Immigration Program Manager at Canadian High Commission UK? Previously it was Sharon Chomyn (her email address seems not to be working anymore) and I am not able to trace the person who is currently working in this position. I want to make official complaint against their procedure and decision, and as far as I know this is the best I can do to contact the Program Manager in charge. This is incredible how slow and incompetent the officers whose are working at this office. In the past I saw in this forum that someone managed to get contact the PM and it helped so I would give a try too. Thanks
