Man that's neat! It is also showing that lead times are becoming more consistent recently. There are many other indications that say the same thing, it seems like they had redesigned (reformed?) their process somehow in anticipation of the planned surge in candidates, or so I hope.I have done some number crunching/analytics. These figures apply to PPRs for US Residents (usually not US Citizens). Most are Indian citizens. I pulled data from MyImmiTracker for FSW-Outland PPRs for US Residents since Jan 14, 2019.
The scatter chart has the most recent PPRs to the left. The oldest are to the right.
I'm now hoping for PPR in 43 days on March 28, 2019.
So finally i got my mep status.. on 11th Feb, 2019 (AOR 29th Dec 2018).
Current status is: IP1
Question: How much timeline is expected from CIC to move from IP1 to IP2 for FSW Outland (Am from India)?

You seem new around here, so some pointers in general etiquette: Always feel free to challenge the content of what people are posting or the position they are arguing, but going after people for doing research to help understand IRCC processing trends seems like you don't understand why we're here. @USProgrammer has been nothing but incredibly generous with his time on this forum (right from December) to answer everyday questions from people, and do some big-picture data analysis that is of value to a lot of people. If it's not of value to you, you don't have to stop him from doing more of it.
Also, you might not think it's offensive to ask people to "breathe" or "just chill", but it is condescending. And if we're all "panicking" here and you're so zen about your processing time then I'm surprised to see you here at all. It is entirely normal to feel anxious about an application without regular updates from IRCC, so thanks for being careful not to ridicule people going forward for expressing their anxiety or emotions.

We don't have enough data yet on FSW-Outland applicants who are Indian citizens and residents that have gone from IP1 to IP2 from the December cohort, but of the few cases I found on MyImmiTracker it looks like somewhere around 26 days at the moment.
Man, I love this data analysis, especially given that you pulled all of it manually from MyImmiTracker! I am really impressed by the quality of your work. It's obviously very helpful that it includes only the most recent applicants. While your data points to a March 28 PPR, I certainly hope it comes along before that!

Quebec better be prepared for some legal challenges coming their way -- some of the applicants have been waiting since 2005?! I obviously sympathize with the people affected by this, but if it can genuinely achieve a processing time of 6 months for Quebec going forward then it should be a good thing? Having said that, Canada's neighbor to the south is more likely to treat immigrants like this -- the average wait for a green card for an Indian H-1B can be anywhere from 12 to 15 years. I'm a former H-1B, and I felt constantly insecure about my status for this reason. Kudos to Canada for capitalizing on all the skilled and qualified H-1Bs in the US who have no real hope of gaining long-term status there.
