But if you are rejected then what is the point for GCMS then?!!!
You should tell some of these representatives "Go F*** yourself"
You have to order notes to see why there is review required on your case. You may have to submit some more supporting documents like POF or LOE.
Anyways, you can order notes by yourself if you have your info such as UCI etc.
So many mad agents roaming about.

Hi guys, just received my gcms notes.
I have review required for proof of funds, I had enough money in my account according to the average currency rate during the submission but they must have checked it on a higher rate day and I appear to have fallen short of 200 CAN DOLLARS.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to resolve this?
Get an updated bank statement that has more than the required funds and submit it via a CSE.
Just search this forum for more info, we advise people on this daily.

Hello Experts, I have prepared LOE here..its my first LOE so bit confused..IDO i sound clear in my explanation? PLease correct where wrong..

Dear Officer,

Application No. .......
Surname and Given Name........
Date Of Birth...............
UCI Number........

My GSMS Notes generated on 9th Jan 2019 shows that my file is under review required as the Bank Letter shows my savings account number followed by 11 different fixed deposit account numbers. Please confirm that all the 11 different Account Numbers are not individual bank accounts but are different Fixed Deposit Account Numbers assigned by Bank when Fixed Deposits were generated. All my 11 Fixed Deposits were generated on different dates and hence have different Fixed Deposit Account Numbers. All the Fixed Deposits were generated from the same Savings Account mentioned in the letter and upon maturity/liquidation, these amount will get deposited in the same Savings Account. I am attaching current Bank Letter here to support my stand. Scan copies of 11 Fixed Deposits showing my name and the Savings Account number from which they were generated are also attached here for your easy reference.
My edits

Dear Officer,

I write this letter of explanation to provide some clarity on the review required seen on my recently generated GCMS notes for proof of funds.
My GCMS Notes generated on 9th Jan 2019 shows that my eligibility is review required because of proof of funds as the Bank Letter shows my savings account number followed by 11 different fixed deposit account numbers.

I'd like to use this opportunity to confirm that the 11 Fixed deposit Account Numbers that were the reason for concern are numbers assigned by the Bank when Fixed Deposits are generated on different dates, and are not individual bank accounts .

Each of the Fixed Deposits were generated from the same Savings Account (Account number: xxxxxx) mentioned in the letter and upon maturity/liquidation, these amounts are usually deposited in the same Savings Account (account number: xxxxx).
I have attached to this letter of explanation for ease of reference, a current Bank Letter with the savings account number (Account number: xxxxx) and the Scanned copies of the 11 Fixed Deposits certificates showing my name and the Savings Account number from which they were generated.

Application No. .......
Surname and Given Name........
Date Of Birth...............
UCI Number........

(Ensure the bank letter and FD certificates are merged in the same pdf document as this letter of explanation)

hey @Prashant86_2000 @tobs
so I received this from my fund for my long term investments:

"Dear Mr. Gaurav,
thank you for your recent correspondence.
I can confirm that the illustrative current valuation breakdown is as follows:

Current illustrative policy value: USD 79k
Estimated early surrender penalty: USD 38k
Estimated surrender value: USD 40k
Current maximum partial surrender value: USD 31k

Please note: these figures are for guideline purposes only and may be subject to change (the reason this is because I invest/deposit fixed amount every month and the early surrender penalty also reduces and obviously market changes too)

The "current maximum partial surrender value" represents the amount that can be taken as a partial surrender without incurring penalty or fully encashing the policy.
On receipt of all the required documents, partial surrender processing and payment would usually be completed within approximately 14 working days.

I trust this in order. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us"

I have ordered my 2nd gcms on 27th jan so if my PoF is still RR i will be sending them my statements + this letter + accrued gratuity (on employer letterhead)
I feel this letter explains that my funds can be withdrawn anytime I want and I get them in max 14 days and so it should be accepted as PoF. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't think this letter explains what you think it does.
I'm not very familiar with FDs myself, so I was a bit confused by all the information provided here. If you assume I'm a case analyst, you can expect them to not get it too.
Ask your bank to provide you with a simple letter that states maturity date, the value and that once the FD is mature, it can be (or is) liquidated (and any other relevant info).
Make it simple and easy to understand. Any letter relating to POF has to come from a bank and not your employer like I mentioned before.
That's not to say you can't still attach this and the FD certificates as supporting evidence.
Good luck.

ahh yes, I will be also be attaching it with the statement that has a maturity date and the same values. This letter (is from the financial institution) is just to clarify what the "surrender values and penalty" mean and how long it takes to liquidate. And this is not FD it's more like mutual funds.
As for the gratuity letter: how can I get it from the bank? It has to be from the employer right as its the amount that I will be given once I resign or leave my job (its also mentioned in my employment contract). I have seen some people claim on the PoF threads that if you can get it from the employer then it should be fine.

My Eligibility was Met at CIO before it was transferred to Ottawa, all that before PPR.

I don't think MET takes a longer time than recommended passed. Granted that eligibility is Met at CIO (and Recommended passed at Ottawa or other Vos) before being transferred, but the reason for the delay is that there's no officer reviewing these applications after it was Met or recommended passed. Plus, there are people with Eligibility recommended passed at Ottawa still waiting as well.
Hi Tobs, did you order your notes after your file was approved?
I think I remember you mentioned you wanted to do that. Would be nice to know what happened after Eligibility was Met at the CIO

Yes I did.
After my eligibility was Met, Criminality was passed, eligibility itself was also passed before security started.

Oh great. What office was your Eligibility Passed pls? From your signature I can see your app was transferred back to CIO.
Eligibility Met - CIO
Criminality pass - Ottawa
Eligibility Passed - CIO
Security passed - CIO
Approval - CIO

Is that correct?
