I didn't receive AOR but I was able to link via GCKey via family name and place of birth. Application received December 6th in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

You can check in the same file a list with November stats. For late Nov applicants it tooks 7-10 days

Only one or the other can link ghe app. Not both

I haven't got my AOR yet, but was able to access my ecas account and found:"We started processing your application on February 2, 2019."
I used my (sponsor) UCI to access
Application received on the 6th of December.
AOR, please come!

Under which name/account did you link your application? Sponsor or applicant ?

I'm not Toronto99 but was able to link it via GCKey partner too. So account is on Sponsor name. To link an application enter the Applicant's data to find it. In my case Sponsor is a representative.
If you do not have a representative, application should be linked in Applicant's GCKey account.
