Not recive approval mail

I applied for study permit in candian embassy chandighar but i did not receive any approval mail .my agent said sometimes embassy did not sent that mail. Also i can track my application by vfs website they show me that my application still under process in Chandigarh embassy.

Currently the embassy is taking too long to make any decision on the applications... don't know the exact cause of this but it could be due to large number of files submitted,, but as u mentioned u submitted your file on 30 October there is a chance that u could get any decision soon coz it's been more than 90 days period of time given in general category
