I applied to Conestoga college on 17th November for health care administration and service management but haven't received offer letter yet. Are they taking this much time or I should stop waiting now??

I have also applied to York University for pg certificate in public relations but bit confused as I'm a bsc medical graduate with 7.5 bands. Can one from science background go in public relations?
If you fulfill the admission requirements of the college/ university you can. However, it will be difficult to get a visa.
Since I have been to Canada on a visitor visa so I have mentioned that too in sop. Will this b helpful ?
It seems Conestoga or probably colleges altogether takes a bit of time to respond to applications, or is it that they haven't started sorting them through as yet?
All colleges take time, sometimes you might get it fast but usually it takes time.
Great news! When did you apply? I applied in late December so mine still has "No decision".
Well at least you know now that it will not be much longer before you get the decision
