Lately, I have being receiving mail from WES stating that they are waiting for my concerned universities to verify my docment and on other hand university says they haven't recevied any such mails from WES. Please advice, what should I do next to get this sorted out.

Hi, I have a question.

I did my btech in a college(Sri Nidhi) that is affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad.

1. what should be the institute name while paying for the wes application.
Your Name on Credential: XYZ ABC
Country: India
Institution: Sri Nidhi College or JNTU Hyderbad ????
Institution Type: University Education
Diploma/Certificate: Bachelor of Technology
Major: Electronics and Communication Engineering
Year Awarded: 2014

2. I am confused if my college needs to fill the rest of the academic request form and post transcripts to WES or university should be doing that.
Please help me!

1. Whatever is written on the degree certificates and transcripts. The name of the issuing institution, which gave you the degree. For eg. I did all my studies in St. Joseph's college. But all degrees came from Bangalore university. So I mentioned only Bangalore University throughout my application, including WES and Express Entry, no mention of Joseph's anywhere.
2. Same. Whoever issued your degree can only send it to WES.
