OWP usually takes 4 months from the date they received your inland application (sometimes it takes less if you are lucky)
And lets say you got your AOR in one month after they received your application so OWP probably going to be received 3 months after getting AOR, it's basic math 4-1=3 lol

I did get some answers...I was out of the country for 3 weeks, then came back and was given 4 months on a visitor record. Once I was back and had a valid status I went ahead and sent my OWP application on December 12th (I just linked the application last week).
From what I was told by the immigration folks at the border, it is good that I didn't send my OWP with my PR, as I didn't have status (but they also said I didn't need to do a restoration of status, since I had been refused that day and left Canada immediately, so I also kind of didn't not have status on Oct. 31 when I sent my PR application). It was a weird thing.
Here's hoping that your restoration goes well!
