Assuming you are talking about OINP - Have you received an NOI from OINP OR Are you planning to apply under the Employer Job Offer category of OINP?

Many folks with CRS in the 430s who received OINP NOIs last year would be hating the fact that they did not pay $1.5K last year when they waited for the cut off scores to drop.

Also, looking at the current trends and the number of applicants stuck in the 430s, it is almost impossible for the cut off to fall down till 429. It has been almost 20 months since anyone with CRS 429 received an ITA.
No, I haven't received a Notice of Interest from the province. I'm in the process of completing my application under the International student - job offer category.

I've read what people have said and I think it definitely makes more sense to apply for OINP and pay the $1.5k rather than waiting with false hope.

January 1, 2018? EIGHTEEN? Because if that's the case I should be getting one at 438
I meant last year. they invited profiles from January 1, 2018... that is why the CRS range has gone down to 427 back then.

Now instead of starting with fresh profiles from January 1, 2019, they are going as far as 2018 to invite profiles from 439 and above.. and now it seems like they exhausted the number of NOI for HCP Non-JO so anyone below 439 has no chance whatsoever now.

I am also at 438 and waiting to no avail.

I see! But last year they sent over 1800 so going by that trend, there's still 300+ plus the yearly increase left. Hope it materializes to our benefit.

Hey guys, need a couple of clarifications.

Currently awaiting Spouse ECA (due by Jan 28th 2019), post which CRS will be 440. I have got the experience letter from all the organizations I have worked with, and do I need to do the same for my spouse?

1. In the Application, I have declared all my spouse organization details, where she worked earlier. Once I get my ITA, should I provide my spouse experience letters as well?

2. Would it be better for me to wait for my spouse's IELTS exam (will take approx 2 months, and if she gets band 6 in all, CRS points will increase to 446), or should I apply for any PNP (my NOC Code is 2172). If i need to apply for PNP, which would be the best to apply for, and which Provinces have more requirements for my NOC
Are you principal applicant or your spouse? First you should clarify this one, then you will have a good response.

You didn't get it. I have been representing the case that spouse not accompanying is not misrepresentation if you carry on with that info.
However, in his/her case the question he or she wanted to receive nomination from Ontario or direct ITA with spouse not accompanying and after securing ITA to change it into accompanying with the hope that scores would not be recalculated.
Okay. I quoted the wrong person. You are right.

The scores will be recalculated, if not by the system, at least by the agent. Many who are in the same boat would have found this loophole and exploit it.

I'm pretty positive that Ontario will issue more HCP to non-job offer candidates soon cus I think most people who received NOI earlier are sitting at 443+ will decline the NOI, why bother paying $1500 more right?
