I think maybe your VO changed. I got CSE response after 3 business days.
I got a response in 3 business days too. Does that mean my visa office changed?
Same here .. I had emailed them on 20th Dec . But again emailed them 4-5 days back but got a reply this time . So you email them again and wait for the magic to happen
Sorry I should have clarified. Ottawa doesn't reply if it's not your VO. And for CSE it is taking about 3 days. Prashant isn't getting reply from anyone so I thought to add those.
I asked about my case being approved and in queue for almost 3 months and no PPR.
But, I emailed Ottawa literally the same day an agent told me that it is in CPC-Ottawa.
You'll get response from CSE for sure. But if Ottawa isn't replying that's hard to know why.But, I emailed Ottawa literally the same day an agent told me that it is in CPC-Ottawa.

I think no reply from CSE would have been better. NDVO is ignoring me even though my case is approved.
I also raised a CSE a cpl of weeks ago to change my address, but they didn't answer. It seems that agent Mathew only likes inquiries that he can respond to with the templates!
