all my applications for permanent resident were denied even PPRA application was also denied. Now which options do I have?

PRRA stands for Pre-Removal Risk Assessment, so the next thing would be removal from Canada.

I met with CBSA officer during the PPRA interview who told me that I can explore more options but he wouldn't say. When he found out that I have a baby here, he said that I can be sponsored by my partner
but he would not say any further. I guess it was because I was in their office

You can be sponsored by your partner if your partner is Canadian and you are either married or have lived together continuously for at least one full year. Being sponsored by your partner doesn't guarantee you may not be removed in Canada - you may still be removed. If you qualify to be sponsored by your partner - you should get an application in asap.
