Hello everyone,

I came into Canada as a refugee in early 2021 and by 2023 my refugee application was denied, I was asked to leave before that period I filed for my H&C application I was depressed stopped working which was proved to them and wasn't myself so they pushed the removal process back

It's been over a year since I left Canada and I'm yet to get any response from the IRCC it's been 22/23 months since I submitted

What do I do please?

Do you think I'll be answered soon?

This is pretty normal right now and is what most others are experiencign from a processing timer perspective. I would expect you should hear something in the next 3-4 months (could be sooner of course too). You can always try ordering GCMS notes to see what is happening with your application.

GCMS notes are your detailed application notes. They generally take 30 days to arrive. You can do a google search on how to order them.

Thank you so much
Do you think there’s a possibility it’s granted even after leaving canada

Sure, there's always some possibility
