There are two two things
1. Is your file reccomended for refusal by a case analyst or he mentioned refusal outrightly? It would be written on the notes. If it's reccomended, LOE and another letter of experience may work but if outrightly refused then am afraid it is a refusal and just waiting for the final officer to confirm it.
The notes section does not mention anything about refusal. The notes by case processing agent states “ Decision: not met fsw mec= not met”. Further it says insufficient of job duties and another note says no job duties on LOE. This note was from 10th of October and I provided the LOE later in December. There has been no movement of file since October according to GCMS notes. Wat do you think???

I have general enquiry.... If someone's eligibility is MET while the security is still in process, will the applicant's eligibility be assessed again post security clearance? I mean once critical things like POF etc. is passed/ approved, will those be reassessed after all the steps have been completed? The CIC agent said my Eligibility is Met and I am currently awaiting security clearance. Will the officer revisit my Eligibility on aspects like POF before finally issuing PPR? Does anyone have any thoughts?

Can you let me know your timeline and also if you provided the LOE as an additional document after AOR?

So, after observing and celebrating all the success so far, I am thinking what is causing Ottawa not to issue PPRs. Means c'mon, NDVO is continuously issuing PPRs even to Inland guys... Why Ottawa cant issue those PPRs ? Where they have been busy ? Or is it a change of pattern? Havent see too many PPRs from ottawa since holidays now. Is it load distribution ? then why it is for issuing PPRs only... Let them do the security as well... At least they will move those who are still waiting for more than 70 days just for the security to start (and complete)!! Any views ?

Hi Guys,

A query from a friend who is looking to apply for PR via express entry.
Her IELTS score is R - 8.5, L - 8.5, W - 7.5, S - 7.5

She has close to 4 years of work experience
2 years in NOC 0112 (current)
1 year 8 months in NOC 1222

Will she be eligible for the 50 points relating to CLB 9 or higher and more than 3 years of work experience (confused as the experience is under two different NOC)?

Yes. I have also shown experience in two different NOCs and my eligibility is passed as per GCMS notes. So she will get full marks for IELTS and get credit for her experience.

She gets full Marks for CLB 10 and Not 9. Moreover, the experience points does count as the overall exp is more than 3 years.
