Those who have gotten a positive result for LMIA, can you please tell me what date I am supposed to write if my employer wants me to start working as soon as possible?

Hello everyone
I have a quick question,one of my friend came on student visa to Canada last year and he did his medical last year out of Canada,now he is getting LMIA and looking forward to convert student visa to work permit.Does he need to get medical done again in Canada as his out of Canada medical is still less than year old.

LMIA timeline (Facilitated LMIA)
Applied- August 3 2018
Approved - Jan 7 2019
Province - Quebec
Noc 5241 , 3D Artist
My attorney said the facilitated LMIA processing time would take up 20~24 weeks(mostly 24 weeks) due to delays
My case took almost 23 weeks.
Good luck to you guys as well. Thank God!!!

Hi i am already working for my employer , however your employer should attached a offer letter dated now. expected date can be two months from application date so if you applying today so can put March 8th 2019

But my owner applied lmia in june and has recieved file number in mid july.
I still waiting for an response, i am too close to the deadline .
Anybody has an idea about the processing time of lmia in alberta.
