Not anymore. Processing times are generally slower now. So people are more likely to wait 7 to 8 months as opposed to 4-5 months in 2017 and early 2018.
Quite a number of April 2018 applicants got their PPR 8th month (November)

I disagree. Even people not on this forum are still waiting, 7 months in. I personally know a couple. If out of 5%, 2.5% are still waiting. What do you think the % of people waiting in the remaining 95% will be? Still points to slower processing times overall.

Ps: quite a number of people with cases on immitracker aren't on this forum and vice versa.
Based on the record i can see from myimmitracker - about 65% june applicant got PPR. 2017 average time from AOR to PPR was 100 days but in 2018 it is 175 days.
almost all PPRs record in myimmitracker in last few weeks had wait time 180+ days.
anyways i am not ruling out that I am not in SS, i will wait till i get my ATIP note. but i am surprised by your confidence.
