Is it better to study in a college with good standards or in a private university like FDU just for sake of masters?

If you did not already know there are very specific criteria with FDU to qualify for a PGWP. As for PG or Masters to a degree a personal choice on whether one or other will be more beneficial to your longer term prospects assuming you want to eventually obtain PR. Some will say just a PG and others will say go for a masters although generally most might also recommend avoiding private institutions due the PGWP complication.

Depends on what you want to do. Will obtaining a master's help you in a career or will a college be better suited for you. As long as you get into a program that suits your needs you should be fine. Also one with a co-op will be helpful.
