Medical surveillance letter - super visa for parent

hi,
I applied for super visa for my father. During his medical check they dis couple xrays. Now he recieved passport submission request and a letter of medical surveillance.
I am wondering what is this letter for and qhat he has to do with it?

Can anyone share their experience
