What is your husband's status in Canada?

HE has no status. We applied for permanent residence before Christmas holidays and visitor visa. But I am a Canadian citizen and my two kids.

Your original post made it sound like your husband was the one in Canada. But it sounds like you are Canadian and are sponsoring your husband for PR.

The short answer to your question is that there is some small chance that his TRV will be approved. However it does tend to be more difficult to get an approval if you have a spouse in Canada since IRCC knows the person likely has plans to remain in Canada long term. To have the highest chance of being approved, the applicant should show ties to their home country in the TRV application like employment, assets and property ownership if possible.

If you have already applied for the TRV, then there's nothing you can really do at this point but wait for a response.

Is trv visitor visa?yes I want to bring him just to visit till his permanent residence is accepted. My lawyer said it takes 42 days for visitor visa to get approved or denied.Im so nervous.I hope they will give me the visitor visa.He works has a barber so he needs to go back to Iraq. But Iraq has Indus and it’s dangerous so maybe they will give me the visitor visa due to that

No - a ticket does not improve his chances. I would not recommend that he buy a ticket until he has an approved visa.

Yes - a TRV is a visitor visa.

The 42 days is just an estimated processing time. It can take less time for the visa to be processed or much longer.

If the TRV is approved, then your husband can visit you in Canada before the PR application is approved.

If not, then he will have to remain outside of Canada until the PR application is approved which will likely take 12 months. If it's unsafe for him in Iraq, he can consider leaving Iraq and temporarily moving to another country nearby while he waits for the PR application to be processed.
