help please.. my application for permanent residence has been sent to London Visa Office since 10th, April 2018 and till now I got no correspondence from them.. its been more than 5 months.. can anyone give me an advise and how can I contact them?? is there any telephone number for them or Email

three weeks ago they asked me for police certificate I upload it two weeks ago with translation, I don't know what is the next step now
Hello. You may want to mail them, and adk them if uploading police certificates was accepted. These documents they usually require original only. Forms and stuff and OK to upload but not document. They may not accept it. And will not continue to process your application until the get.. Just better to be safe then sorry in my opinion. I would contact them. If you check the request letter, I'm sure it says "original"
thanks to share your opinion but I did upload the original scan and the translation.. they said literally do not mail the hard copy thus they only need the scan.. am I right ? ( :
If they said no need for hard copy, then yup upload! That's awesome I wish I knew that before paying crazy money to ship from Saudi to London lol OK then forget what I said lol. Good luck
