Should I send my Original certificate?

Hello,
I'm in a dilemma. I applied to a university in Canada for an undergraduate degree. Although I have a degree in my home country, I want to bag another bachelor's degree. After submitting an online application to the school, I was asked to submit my original certificate and official transcripts. I don't have a problem submitting my transcripts but certificates in my country are only issued once and I'm skeptical about sending my original certificate halfway across the world even though the school says I will get it back. What should I do?

How about notarized copy of your certificate? Try asking your school if it is acceptable.

Official transcripts and degrees are usually university verified photocopies sealed in ur home country university's envelope with their stamp and mailed to the university in Canada.

Email the university exactly what they mean by official transcripts and degree, or check their website regarding this.
