Does this mean they wont be holding info sessions? Just job fairs in Dubai??
So far it's just Job sessions. But probably they will add info sessions too later on.
This was just an update on the website - they haven't specified dates for the month or added registration links yet

Hi NzKhn,
Do we need to be in the express entry pool to be invited to attend the job fair? Or is it fine to apply for invitation without the EE profile.
You can apply for invitation to job fair/info session without having an EE profile, but it's strongly suggested you create an EE profile before submitting an EOI to NBPNP as the EOI form does require you to state your EE profile number and Job Bank verification code

What about EE profile. Do we need to be in the pool prior to the job fairs invites?

No. The information session and the job fair are 2 different things.

From the NB website:
  1. Information Session: this is a limited-seating information session about living and working in New Brunswick and provides an overview of specific immigration pathways.
  2. Job Fair: this is an employer-driven event where employers invite qualified candidates to meet with them to discuss specific job opportunities. This is not open an open forum.

You can only use the information session attendance as a connection to NB when submitting an EOI
If you attend a job fair and get a job offer from a NB employer then you can submit an EOI under the AIP program or through NBPNP Skilled Worker with Employment support.

NBPNP and AIP are both for Express Entry candidates.
