Hello Members,
I submitted my EOI with 83 points back in September 2018 under following category: "International Skilled Workers - Saskatchewan Express Entry". My NOC is 2171 and I'm aware that this NOC is currently not part of Saskatchewan's occupations in-demand list. Since I submitted my EOI, there have been multiple EOI draws under Express Entry category and lowest score has been in the range of 60 to 65. So, I'm surprised why I haven't received ITA for SINP yet. Please can someone help me understand what could be the reason.

The answer lies within your post itself. The draws consider only those applicants within the NOCs that figure in the occupations in-demand list. All applications with NOCs that don't figure in the OID are not considered.

But Saskatchewan has a separate draw for Occupations In-Demand list that doesn't include my NOC which is understood. But I was hoping that under Express Entry category for which there is a separate draw, I'll receive an invitation to apply for SINP as my points are way above the minimum cut-off.
