I'm under 18 my parents my mom and sister live in other country and I was born in canada and I have a canadian citizen and I'm living with my aunts here Is there any way that my mom and sister come to canada. There are minimum income requirements for being able to sponsor. This means you must have made enough money for three years in a row before you can qualify to sponsor your mother. So you most likely still have a few years to wait before you will qualify. Your sister can be included in your mother's application provided she is under 22 years old.
