Is it because he approached his career in industrial pharmacy rather than in retail pharmacy his primary NoC won’t be a pharmacist, although he is a pharmacy graduate? And if so, what do would his NoC be sales representative?

If he is not into clinical or industrial pharmacy in roles of hospital, Community pharmacist dispensing and formulating medicines, I don't think NoC 3131 would be applicable. Although it's good to compare against Job duties.

For pharmaceutical/Medical sales representatives NOC there is no 100% match NOC but you can compare with 6221, 6411, 6211 and select that matches best to individual job duties.

TRANSLATIONS

If a required document is not written in French or English, you will need to follow these guidelines to submit a translation:

1. The translation must be prepared by a government appointed, official translator.
2. Each page of the translation must include the original stamp and signature of your official translator.
3. The original language document that is used must be submitted with the translation and each page must include the original stamp and signature of your official translator.
4. The name and credentials of your translator must appear in English or French.
5. The version of the translation must be the original. Copies are not accepted, even if certified.
6. If you are submitting a translation of your transcript, or licensing statement, the original language version you send must match the original language version sent directly to PEBC by your university or licensing authority.

could you kindly explain for me no. 6 of the translation instructions list please because it is confusing to me. What do they mean by the original language version you send must match the. original language version sent directly to PEBC? This part is the part which is very confusing to me.

That means the Transcripts and Licensing statement (if registered) in their Original language should still needs to be sent by university and your country Pharmacy board respectively directly to PEBC.

Then you need to send the english version translated documents for Transcripts and License statement along with your application. These translation documents should match the format of Original language transcripts and licensing statement without missing a single word(Exact translation). Certified translators know how to do this.

Are you registered in Pharmacy board/council in your country?? If not, then the "No Licensing Statement" format which I provided can be made in English only and send along with application. Pharmacy board original statement doesn't come into picture in this case.

how long did it take for PEBC to evaluate your papers shawn?

It is mandatory to send transcripts with issue date within one month. I faced a rejection of my first set of transcripts for the same reason.

It was so much waste of time and stressful as they don't even mention any specific reason for rejection in the email they just ask us to resend transcripts as per instructions and they take time (almost 20-30 days) to acknowledge the receipt even for those sent 2nd time. When I sent latest transcripts they accepted. A week before transcripts should be fine.

Also do make sure transcripts have date written or stamped on them and they are sent from university address. They take these details into consideration and it gives them a reason to refuse to accept anything without those.

It's absolutely fine. Just make sure they reach PEBC within a week at max through express delivery, so that they doesn't end up as more than 4 weeks transcripts by the time PEBC receives them.

thanks shawn..how long did it take for PEBC to evaluate your papers and does PEBC have a deadline for recieving the documents just like express entry has 60 days after recieving ITA for example? sorry for bothering you with all my questions.

I’m sorry shawn for bothering you but i wanted to ask you a question please..as my husband and I are not going to take the evaluation exam, is there also a deadline for submitting our documents? How long did it exactly take for your documents to be evaluated? Thank u

Sorry for late response. PEBC only mentioned holds off documents for 6 months if some of them are received earlier than others. But doesn't state anything about deadline. However it is better to consider the same 6months timeline in this case too.

It takes 4 months for whole process to complete if everything is sent and accepted right. If PEBC asks to resubmit something it can be delayed upto 5-6 months. So it's better to get started soon.

If there is two week time between the three envelopes..in other words if we send one document then two weeks to send the other one how long will it take them to evaluate the documents? cuz i heard that each envelope should be sent by itself. so is it two week time between each envelope ok? if not what shall i do exactly?

You can send envelopes even on the same day. It doesnt matter. But make sure each evelope is sent with their desired "Sender" address. For example transcripts with university address, License statement with Pharmacy board address and finally Application from your home address.

This is the only way PEBC considers that they have been sent from University or Pharmacy board. So don't hand over courier to any 3rd party who might change sender address to courier office address or something.
